Location: East side of Imperial Ave. 400 feet south of Stevens Creek Blvd.

Description: Construct 56 town homes (including 13 live/work units) on 4.15 acres.

Status: Approved by Cupertino City Council on August 20, 2001. The last phase of the units are being constructed and all units are sold.

Astoria Cupertino is the lovely home of a small and diverse community. Its 56 two- or three-story town houses are conveniently located near parks and shopping centers and are with immediate access to Freeways 85 and 280. Within walking distances are best California schools such as Monta Vista High (#10), Kennedy Middle (#7), Lincoln Elementary, and De Anza College, while some of our kids are attending Miller Middle (#11) and Regnart Elementary (#17). The adjacent railroad is very lightly operated and has become a popular jogging route.
